Our FitCamps are led by professional personal trainers that challenge our members to meet and exceed their fitness goals. Outlaw FitCamp is a personalized experience in a small group training environment.

 
 

WHY INDOOR FITCAMP

Breaking the "laws of conventional fitness," we embrace all styles of fitness and think outside the box when it comes to training. We utilize more than seven different modalities of training styles. 

  • Never miss a workout due to inclement weather conditions.
  • Minimize the risk of injury training on a stable force absorbing surface vs grass or pavement.
  • Never a boring workout with fitness machines and equipment not found in an outdoor setting.
  • Our training style can accommodate both men and women very well.
  • Never pack your own equipment, we provide everything. Just show up!
 

WHAT MAKES FITCAMP UNIQUE

We were mistakenly associated with the typical idea for what a bootcamp is so we've made the decision to move away from the word "bootcamp." Many expect a bootcamp to be outdoors, large in class size, lacking equipment, instruction, and using boring redundant exercises.
We’re excited to ditch bootcamp and introduce FITCAMP!

FUNCTIONAL: Full body movements maximizing multiple muscle groups through multi-directional exercises.
INTERVAL: Intense bursts with short recovery between movement patterns.
TRAINING: Our personal trainers provide a safe and effective workout experience focused on quality over quantity. New members don’t get overlooked or lost in the crowd and our trainers are able to challenge advanced members to reach their personal goals each and every workout!
